In 2019 we launched the Latino Career Assessment (LCA™) – the only validated assessment developed to support the career advancement of an ethnic group. The goal of the LCA™ is to address the pervasive Latino career chasm through research-driven assessment and development solutions.

Over the last five years thousands of Latino professionals have experienced the LCA™ assessment and development process – it is changing careers and even lives. To continue to broaden our support of the community we are expanding the use of LCA™ development solutions through a coach certification process.

Understanding Behaviors through Latino Cultural Scripts: Learn how the LCA™ framework provides unique insights into how behaviors rooted in Latino cultural scripts manifest in the workplace, influencing communication, relationships, and success.

Process

The LCA™ certification program includes the training, tools and insights needed to effectively administer the LCA™ assessment, provide feedback, and offer culturally relevant coaching and training.

The LCA™ certification process is comprised of 6-hours of instructor led training with prework and post- session support:

Pre-Session:

Upon receipt of service and licensing agreement, participants receive access to the CMP Assessment Portal and complete the LCA™ Assessment – upon completion you will receive your LCA™ Profile Report and Development Guide.

Session Resources:

Participants will receive key reference materials:

The LCA™ assessment, Profile Report and complete Development Guide with detailed development with scenarios and resources for each of the 14 Career Predictors.

LCA™ Research and Reference Guides.

Post Session Resources:

Personal LCA™ code: Unlimited access to LCA™ assessments at wholesale prices.

Peer Coaches: A LinkedIn peer group will be available to support the coaching and professional growth of Latino professionals.

Addition to CMP LCA™ Certified Coach rotation: Participants will be contacted about LCA™ feedback, coaching and facilitation opportunities.
