LCA™ Coaching methodology is based on CMP’s proven coaching methodology – it is relationship-enabled, assessment-driven, and outcome-focused. It combines a clinical and process-oriented approach to behavior transformation with the experience that comes from decades of leadership coaching.
The participant completes the LCA™ Assessment to initiate the coaching. This highlights areas of strengths and gaps in relation to the 14 LCA™ Career Predictors.
The focus and content deployed in the coaching engagement will be customized based on the individuals’ areas of development and availability. During a kickoff meeting, the areas of development focus are fully identified, along with the plan and activity path for their development.
